Laura Gelsema

Laura Gelsema currently serves as a Validation Advisor at Kneat Solutions, a role focused on digital validation life cycle management for pharmaceutical and life science companies. Previously, Laura worked as a Business Development Representative at Deltia and was part of the Dealflow & Investment Team during a fellowship at ASIF Ventures, where responsibilities included scouting startups and preparing investment theses. Laura holds a Master of Science in International Politics and Economics from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
