Padraig O Neill

Padraig O Neill has worked in various roles since 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Advisor for Argos, where they were responsible for retrieval of stock from stockroom, handling returned stock and transitioning delivered stock to suitable stockrooms. Padraig was also trained in customer service, manual handling and the use of an interactive electronic stock system for this role. At the same time, they were also working as a Student Web Developer, where they used their knowledge of web development to complete the work using HTML and CSS3. In 2015, they worked as a Student Ambassador at Waterford Institute of Technology, where they were responsible for helping out during various events occurring within the college and promoting the college while helping new students as they settle into college life. In 2016, they worked as an AppleCare iOS Technical Advisor at Apple, where they used their problem solving skills to analyze customer's issues to find the optimum solution as quickly as possible. Padraig also worked as a Software Engineer Internship at Gobi Studio in Marseille, France, where they were mainly involved in the design and creation of internal tools for asset management using Python and the Qt framework for a graphical interface for these tools. In 2017, they worked as a Security Engineer at Onaware, where they were responsible for installation, integration, deployment and support of identity and access management systems, as well as communicating to clients' aspects of the product at the technical and functional level. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Errigal Inc as a System Administrator and Software Operations Engineer. Padraig currently works at Kneat Solutions as a Cloud Automation Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer and SaaS System Administrator.

Padraig O Neill completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Entertainment Systems from Waterford Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended St.Peters College, Wexford, where they obtained their Leaving Certificate in 2007.
