Matthias Walschburger

Matthias Walschburger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Business Director for Global Projects at Knight Material Technologies since April 2010, Matthias focuses on developing the Latin American market for various specialized equipment, including Non-Ferrous Metal mining and Sulfuric Acid plants. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager for Europe, where responsibilities encompassed sales in chemical process equipment, and Global Market Manager for Sulfuric Acid at PE Structural Consultants. Earlier experience includes senior engineering positions with ACTIVE DESIGN GROUP ENGINEERING CO and project management at Steuler Linings, along with ownership and management of Servicios & Aplicaciones Ltda. Matthias holds a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
