Xiaolu Wei

Xiaolu Wei is a Staff Water Resources Engineer at Knight Piesold since September 2024, with previous experience as a Senior Solutions Engineer at Emrgy Inc. from July 2022 to October 2024, where key responsibilities included leading water resources projects and analyzing hydro-turbine impacts. Prior to Emrgy, Xiaolu served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Colorado School of Mines, focusing on hydrologic modeling in Peru and mentoring students. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University, a Master's in Water Resources Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a Bachelor's in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering from Hohai University.
