Zachary Weiss

Zachary Weiss is an accomplished entrepreneur and event coordinator with extensive experience in the food and hospitality industries. As the Founder and CEO of Gnarly Mountain Cookies since September 2020, Zachary has developed a brand that offers uniquely flavored, Colorado-branded baked goods for both direct consumers and wholesale clients. Additionally, Zachary has served as a Special Event Coordinator for Knitting Factory Entertainment since August 2021, overseeing events for multiple downtown venues. Previous roles include management positions at Machete Tequila + Tacos, My Salad Chop, Fourleaf Chopped Salads, and Peppinos Pizzeria, showcasing a strong background in restaurant operations. Zachary holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder, awarded in 2003.
