Seán Mancillas

Seán Mancillas is an experienced product and operations leader currently serving as the Head of Product at KnoCommerce since November 2024. Prior to this role, Seán was with Delighted from December 2015 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading product and customer experience operations and co-managing the launch of Delighted Surveys. Seán previously held positions as Director of Operations at Career.io and RezBiz, LLC, contributing to the scaling of these organizations through innovative operational strategies. Seán began a career in management as Assistant Manager at the UC Berkeley Art Studio, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.
