Kelly Keegan Lohr

Kelly Keegan Lohr is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner at Klaviyo since June 2024, Kelly has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of People and Talent at Built In and Vice President of People at SnackNation. As a founding member of CPOHQ, Kelly contributes to the development of Chief People Officers through shared learning. Kelly’s consulting work as a Leadership Coach and Career Strategist since 2015 complements a solid HR foundation established through roles at companies such as Networked Insights, AEP Energy, and Victoria's Secret. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from James Madison University.
