Kevin Vilke

Kevin Vilke is an experienced human resources executive with a diverse background in people management and organizational development. Currently, Kevin serves as a member of CPOHQ, a community for Chief People Officers, since 2020. Previously, Kevin held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at Empire State Realty Trust from May 2022 to July 2024, and served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Seritage Growth Properties from October 2019 to May 2022. Kevin's tenure at Barnes & Noble, Inc. spanned over a decade, where significant contributions included enhancing leadership development and reducing employee complaints.
