Min Kim is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and people management within the financial and executive search sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent & People at Moment since July 2023, Min Kim previously held the role of Recruiting Team Lead at Clear Street, overseeing both business and technical recruiting. Min Kim has experience as an Account Executive at Rees Draper Wright, specializing in executive search, and as a Consultant at Marlin Hawk, focusing on revitalizing executive search practices.
