Semi-retired, pro-bono lawyer, New Hampshire. Drafted after his first year of law school, Chubrich served in the US Marine Corps from 1968 to 1970. After completing school, he practiced law in New Hampshire and southern Maine from his Portsmouth, New Hampshire offices for 42 years, until he retired from general practice in 2017. He has taught income tax law at Franklin Pierce Law Center and at the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore Business School. He received degrees from Knox (history), the University of Chicago Law School (JD), and Boston University Law School (LLM, Graduate Tax Program). Chubrich lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Naples, Florida.
