Duane Chattin

Duane Chattin has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in public service and communication. Currently serving as staff at Knox County Public Library since November 2019, Duane previously held a long-term position on the City Council for the City of Vincennes from January 1984 to December 2019. Prior to that, Duane was the Director of Public Information at Vincennes University from May 1983 to February 2018. Additionally, Duane served as Chaplain for the Vincennes Civitan Club from 2010 to 2013. Duane holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, where studies occurred from 1972 to 1976, along with early education at Vincennes University from 1971 to 1972.
