Nicholas Bradshaw currently serves as the Director of Fleet Services for the City of Knoxville, a position held since April 2009, having previously occupied roles such as Deputy Director of Fleet Services, Public Service Planning and Safety Coordinator, and Human Resource Analyst. In these positions, Nicholas has engaged in analytical work related to job analysis, staffing research, classification, compensation, and employee relations. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as an Administrative Technician in the Plans Review and Inspections Department, handling payroll and financial accounting tasks, and as an Admissions Secretary at Strayer University, managing admissions files and assisting prospective students. Nicholas holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, an MBA in Human Resources Management from Bryan College, and undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
