Jan Bakker

Jan Bakker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction, maintenance, and communication. Currently serving as a volunteer in communication and fundraising for Koninklijke Nederlandse Redding Maatschappij (KNRM) since January 2023, Jan actively recruits enthusiastic donors and sponsors for lifesaving services at sea and inland waters. As the owner of Bakker Bouw en Onderhoud B.V. since January 2008 and Bakker Vastgoedonderhoud B.V. since January 2015, Jan manages various renovation and maintenance projects primarily for private clients, as well as businesses and homeowner associations. Previously, Jan was a shareholder at Kooz Kunststof Kozijnen from January 2013 to January 2018, providing complete packages of plastic facade elements for both private and commercial clients, and worked as a carpenter and preparer at Krijgsman Bouw from July 2003 to December 2007. Jan's educational background includes completing mavo and construction-related courses.
