Sara Fetterer

Sara Fetterer has extensive experience at Kohler Co., starting in September 2004 and currently serving as Systems Project Leader in the Technology Governance Office since April 2013. In this role, Sara leads Information Technology transitional service activities during the separation of Kohler Co. and Kohler Energy. Previously, Sara was the Workstream Champion for Testing Enablement, where guiding principles and processes for end user testing were established. Sara's background also includes roles as Sr. Systems Analyst, Sr. HR Analyst, and HR Analyst, focusing on system administration and integration. Sara's professional journey began with an internship at WPS Health Insurance, focusing on recruitment activities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an Associate's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan.
