Wendy Arlin

Wendy Arlin currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kohl's, The Wendy's Company, and WK Kellogg Co, where Wendy is also the Audit Committee Chair. Prior to these roles, Wendy was the Chief Financial Officer at Bath & Body Works from August 2021 to July 2023, leading finance, real estate, and information technology functions for the specialty retailer. Wendy's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Limited Brands, where Wendy held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance and Controller, and built a high-performing finance and accounting organization. Wendy began a career at KPMG, rising to Audit Partner while supporting SEC registrants and managing audit practices. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Stanford University and has education from the University of Chicago.
