Marilia Afonso is a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition with a comprehensive background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Kokku since October 2023, Marilia focuses on recruiting talent across various roles including developers, producers, and project management. Prior to this, Marilia worked at PUGA Studios from February 2022 to October 2023 as an Analyst of People & Culture, concentrating on talent acquisition within 3D and 2D art, animation, production, and IT roles. Additionally, Marilia began at PUGA Studios as a Recruiter from September 2020 to September 2021, handling recruitment and onboarding processes, conducting offboarding interviews, and providing support for internal marketing campaigns and general HR activities.
