Tunku Naquiyuddin has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees since its formation in 1988.
At present he is actively involved in the healthcare and education sectors in his capacity as Chairman of the Antah Healthcare Group and Pro Chancellor of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. As a businessman, in addition to chairing various corporations, Tunku Naquiyuddin founded the Federation of Public Listed Companies, Malaysia and was its first Chairman. He is also a keen environmentalist and has been a Committee Member of the World Wide Fund for Nature (Malaysia) as well as a Council Member of the Business Council for Sustainable Development, a Geneva-based organisation. He was previously President of the Alliance Française for 18 years. In his earlier years, Tunku Naquiyuddin served in the Malaysian diplomatic service.
Tunku Naquiyuddin received his education at the King’s School Canterbury and read International Politics at the University College of Wales, Aberystwyth.
