Gloria Abigail Portella Flores has extensive experience in international trade and logistics, currently serving as Supervisora de Comercio Exterior and previously as Analista de comercio exterior at Komatsu - Mitsui since August 2016. Responsibilities include coordinating load pickups from suppliers, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines for both internal and external clients, negotiating with logistics operators, and developing performance indicators to enhance the logistics chain. Gloria also worked as Asistente de Comercio Exterior at Cummins Inc. from August 2017 to September 2021, and as Practicante de Exportaciones - Importaciones, where management of import shipments was key.
