Houda Keltoum Abbassi

Houda Keltoum ABBASSI is an experienced administrative officer currently serving at the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs since October 2019. Prior to this role, Houda held the position of Consular Affairs Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation from July 2015 to August 2019, and worked as a Migration Officer for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Sweden between May 2008 and April 2012. Houda has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management obtained from Mohammed V University in Rabat (September 2019 - July 2022) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management at the same institution (October 2022 - June 2024). Additionally, educational qualifications include studies at Folkuniversitetet Helsingborg (2006 - 2008) and Komvux Kärnan Helsingborg (2005 - 2006).
