Koncord was founded and registered in Beirut’s trade registry, number 11841 on July 17, 1962.


Up to this day its founder and industry veteran Mr Yahia Mazboudi (writer of the famous book that guides most recent contractors in Lebanon, المقاولات علم وفن وإدارة) is still part of Koncord as a lead advisor to the company, Mr Mazboudi is among the first 20 engineers to be registered in the Members of the Order of the Engineers in Beirut and is one of the main engineers that have helped rebuild the country's infrastructure following the devastating civil war.
