Rakshita Singh

Rakshita Singh is an experienced professional in category management and procurement, currently serving as Director Category Group and Global Category Manager at Konecranes since April 2022. Previously, Rakshita held the position of Category Manager at Hitachi Energy from October 2019 to March 2022, managing categories for gas fitting and electrical equipment, as well as procurement for substation projects in South Asia. Prior experience includes serving as Category Manager at ABB, with similar responsibilities in category management and procurement for the South Asia region. Rakshita began the career at Crompton Greaves, first as a Design Technologist focused on electric motor development for nuclear applications and later as a Business Development Associate. Rakshita holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, obtained in 2013.
