The IT and Technology team at Kooperativa is responsible for managing and optimizing the technological infrastructure that supports our insurance services. This includes developing and maintaining cloud platforms, ensuring the efficient operation of applications through DevOps practices, and architecting comprehensive IT solutions. The team also focuses on enhancing data warehousing capabilities, overseeing the IT needs of our contact center, and analyzing IT processes to continuously improve service quality for our clients.
