Connor Hegg

Connor Hegg is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in product and quality engineering, currently serving as a Product Engineer at Kopp Glass since August 2021. Prior to this role, Connor spent four years at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc., initially as a Quality Engineer, where leadership was demonstrated in the Electric Car and Battery Plant, overseeing contractor selection and the implementation of new processes. Additionally, significant experience includes managing multi-shift operations and coordinating with certification departments. Previous co-op positions at Mercedes-Benz involved process and quality engineering, where quality assurance and process integrity were essential. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in 2017.
