John Quiroz, SCPM, possesses extensive experience in client consulting and learning development at Korn Ferry Advance since October 2015. Prior roles include Regional Director for Xerox, where sales performance was successfully turned around in Northern California and Nevada. As Interim COO for Sonoma Co., Quinroz restructured a $3M business, and as CEO of Cielo Estate Winery, secured $2.8 million in private equity funding. With a significant background at Motorola Solutions, Quiroz held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Sales and Director of North Asia Operations, overseeing substantial sales growth and managing high-profile customer relations. Educational credentials include a certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University and ongoing MBA studies in International Business at The University of Dallas.
