Casidi Rapacz

Casidi Rapacz is a skilled UX Researcher with a strong background in user experience and content strategy. Currently employed at Korn Ferry since November 2021, Casidi plans and executes research for product beta launches and ongoing feedback panels, while collaborating across teams to share insights. Previous experience includes leading research initiatives and data analysis at Troo Co, as well as a brief role as a UX Designer at SoundPrint, where website redesign and user engagement strategies were implemented. Additional roles range from program management at Black Public Media to operations and staff management at VR World NYC. Casidi holds a diploma in Music Performance from Herbert H. Lehman High School and completed studies at Flatiron School.
