Colleen Cox

Colleen Cox is a seasoned professional in organizational strategy and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at Korn Ferry since September 2022. Prior to this role, Colleen held the position of Senior Organizational Strategy Consultant at Paradigm Strategy Inc., where expertise was utilized to conduct comprehensive organizational assessments for diverse clients. Experience also includes working as a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Mercer, where Colleen led significant research initiatives across Latin America. Other notable roles include community development work with the Peace Corps and teaching English while fostering cultural exchange. Colleen holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University.
