Maurício Barcellos is a seasoned Senior Consultant, Executive Coach, and Soft Skills Trainer with extensive experience across multiple organizations since 2003. Currently associated with Korn Ferry and MSX International since 2019, Maurício specializes in coaching on leadership, communication, negotiation, sales, and strategic presentations. Additional roles at Simitri Group International and Lepaya UK further reinforce expertise in conducting workshops for prominent clients including BHP Billiton Chile and Honeywell. As the Director of Business Development at Excy Training & Development, Maurício has been instrumental in designing training programs for renowned companies such as 3M and Nestle.
