Philipp Herrmann

Philipp Herrmann is a Principal at Korn Ferry since November 2022, specializing in organizational consulting to help clients design structures, roles, and responsibilities. Prior to this role, Philipp served at Swiss Re from January 2008 to July 2022, where significant positions included Chapter Lead Advanced Analytics, focusing on team leadership and talent development, and Data Product Lead, where efforts were concentrated on liaising with senior leadership and launching a data treasury catalogue.
