Philippe Sauvan is a seasoned professional in organisational consulting and executive talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry since November 2022, focusing on the consumer sector across the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Philippe held the position of Director of Corporate Human Resources at Alshaya Group from September 2007 to October 2022, where leadership and influence grew significantly, overseeing strategic HR functions and leading executive talent acquisition, having recruited over 300 senior executives across regions. Philippe's earlier experience includes roles as Vice President for TRANSEARCH, Senior Financial Controller at L'Oréal, Country Head for FUJIFILM Corporation in Venezuela, and Associate at Ward Howell International.
