Roshini Rajkumar is the CEO and founder of Roshini Multi-Media, Inc., an executive and crisis strategy firm established in 2006, providing consulting, coaching, and media services across various sectors, including corporate, healthcare, and professional sports. Roshini leads initiatives that prepare executives for high-stakes media engagements and guides organizations through crisis situations. With extensive experience in media, Roshini has hosted several prominent shows and podcasts, served as a legal and political analyst, and authored the book "Communicate That!" Roshini also contributes as a practice director and executive coach at Korn Ferry while previously influencing students as an adjunct faculty member at institutions like St. Catherine University and the University of Minnesota. Roshini holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BA in Political Science/International Studies from Boston College.
