Russ Herakovich

Russ Herakovich is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, currently serving as a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, focusing on Board and C-Level Executive Search, Succession work, Organizational Strategy, and Leadership Development. Presently involved with ACG Atlanta and Lighthouse Autism Center as a Board Member and Board Observer, respectively, Russ has held prominent positions including Head of Healthcare at Silver Point Finance, Managing Director at Brightwood Capital, and Managing Director at Citizens Financial Group. Educationally, Russ holds a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, along with extensive training from GE Capital.
