Tim Walton

Tim Walton is a seasoned professional specializing in digital infrastructure and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Principal at Korn Ferry since May 2024, Tim previously held the role of Principal at ONE SEARCH from October 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included building C-suite and NED leadership teams for portfolio companies supported by Infrastructure and Private Equity capital. Tim's extensive background includes a position in the Global Industrial & Energy Practice at Spencer Stuart and a consulting role at ONE SEARCH prior to that. Tim also gained experience at Buchanan Search and was an athlete in the Talented Athlete Programme with SportsAid, receiving funding from Airwave International. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Southampton.
