Aniket Kharpate

Aniket Kharpate is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the AVP and Regional Operations Head for Maharashtra at Kotak Life since May 2021, Aniket oversees branch operations and customer service for 45 branches, managing a team of over 85 members. Responsibilities include handling customer escalations, recruitment, team development, and supporting business logins across various sales channels. Prior to this role, Aniket held positions at HDFC Life, where significant projects included implementing app-based verification systems and leading process improvement initiatives. Aniket’s educational background includes an MBA in International Business from Symbiosis Institute of International Business and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University. Additionally, Aniket is actively involved in corporate social responsibility activities, coaching underprivileged students about the insurance industry.
