Chetan Sharma

Chetan Sharma is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in the financial services and tech industries. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Kotak Mahindra Bank since April 2019, Chetan oversees the in-house design team responsible for major products such as Kotak Mobile App and Kotak Net Banking, while also managing design agencies for secondary projects. Previously, Chetan was the Lead for Digital Experience Design at Angel Broking, focusing on establishing UX/UI standards. Chetan's career also includes pivotal roles at Robosoft Technologies as Associate Director of Design Strategy and at Barefoot Acupuncturists developing online and offline strategies. Earlier positions include senior management roles in sales and content strategy, alongside foundational experience in journalism and copywriting. Chetan holds a MicroMasters in Design Thinking from Rochester Institute of Technology and a degree in User Experience Design from Tsinghua University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media from the University of Mumbai.
