Sandeep Chordia

Sandeep Chordia is the Chief Operating Officer at Kotak Securities since December 1998, overseeing Trading and Demat operations, Finance, Treasury, Information Technology, Data Analytics, and Market Risk functions. Notable achievements include leading the digital transformation and conceptualizing Kotak Neo, a comprehensive trading platform developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, and building a team of over 100 professionals. Previously, Sandeep served as the National Business Head for the Bank Channel, Executive Vice President for Strategy and Online Broking, and Senior Vice President of Compliance and Company Secretary, where efforts led to substantial improvements in operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Sandeep began the professional journey in taxation with M/S Patkar and Pendse and has pursued extensive educational credentials, including an Executive MBA from the Indian School of Business and qualifications in Chartered Accountancy and Company Secretaryship.
