Harp Gahunia

Harp Gahunia is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the payments and fintech industry. Harp is currently an Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Kovo HealthTech Corporation.

Gahunia began their career as a strategy consultant at Monitor Deloitte, one of the world's leading strategy consulting firms. Harp then moved into the payments industry, first as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at VoPay, where they helped double revenues and build out the company's strategic positioning. Harp then joined TribalScale as Vice President of Venture Studio Operations, where they were responsible for sourcing, filtering, prototyping, product development, iteration, and company scaling. During their time at TribalScale, they helped invest in four companies, one of which was sold and one of which signed material revenue-producing deals with two major Canadian banks.

Harp Gahunia holds a MAcc from the University of Waterloo. Harp is also certified by the Kellogg Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence: Strategies for Leading Business Transformation, and by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario) in Certified Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant.
