Devi S. Koya

Devi Koya is a partner at Koya Law LLC, a boutique law firm specializing in representing trading and investment firms in the negotiation and documentation of complex trading and financing arrangements. With extensive experience in trading agreements, Devi previously held partner positions at Baker & McKenzie and McDermott Will and Emery, focusing on ISDA Master Agreements and related financing agreements. At Stark Investments, Devi oversaw Finance, Operations, Structured Products, and Accounting departments and served as a director at Citadel Investment Group, managing documentation for trading activities. Devi Koya holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law, a Master of Science in Financial Products from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a BA in Business from Illinois Wesleyan University.
