Micheline Frappier

Micheline Frappier is an accomplished professional with a strong background in materials management, planning, and team leadership. Currently serving as a Materials Manager/Buyer and Maintenance Planner at Windsor Salt Ltd. since January 2018, Micheline has extensive experience in production planning at MPI Mobile Parts Inc., where responsibilities included scheduling, employee management, quality control, and budget creation. Prior to these roles, Micheline excelled as a Distributor at Canada Bread Company, providing timely delivery of products to major retailers. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wayne State University, complemented by a competitive background as a Division 1 Ice Hockey player. Additional experience includes administrative support at the Crown Attorney's Office and instructing youth in ice hockey.
