Daniel Resnick is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in customer strategy and retail banking customer experience. Currently serving as a Partner in the Customer Strategy Practice at KPMG Canada since January 2021, Daniel previously held positions including Director of the Connected Customer Practice at Scotiabank and Principal at SATOV Consultants Inc. Daniel's career at KPMG Canada began as a Senior Manager, following the merger with SECOR Consulting, where Daniel contributed significantly to management consulting. Additionally, Daniel has a background in research and policy analysis, having supported significant reports and initiatives related to renewable energy and global health. Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, complemented by international study experience at Copenhagen Business School.
