Kirtan Patel

Kirtan Patel, CPA, CA, CFA, currently serves as Director of Deal Advisory at KPMG Canada since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kirtan held positions including Director of Corporate Development at P3 Veterinary Partners and GFL Environmental Inc., where responsibilities encompassed financial due diligence, M&A coordination, forecasting, valuation, and transaction agreement negotiations. Kirtan also served as Manager of Corporate Development at Teranet Inc., where expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis was developed. Earlier career experiences include roles at KPMG Advisory and KPMG LLP, focusing on financial performance evaluation and transaction services. Kirtan holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University.
