Vivian Chan

Vivian Chan is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in project and program development, strategic planning, and financial analysis, currently serving as a Partner at KPMG Canada since 2012. Prior roles include Senior Manager in Global Infrastructure Advisory and various positions at The University of British Columbia, where contributions were focused on resource management and effective policy incentives. Vivian has held positions in government agencies, including the Canada Border Services Agency and Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, where policy assessment and enforcement duties were critical. Additionally, experience in management and support roles during the 2010 Winter Olympics highlights strong leadership capabilities. Vivian holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Food Nutrition Health from The University of British Columbia.
