Fiona Burns

Fiona Burns is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people consulting, primarily at KPMG since November 2010, where Fiona currently serves as Director - People Consulting, leading a learning practice for corporate clients and overseeing culture change transformations. Previous roles at KPMG include Senior Manager and Global COE lead, focusing on talent strategy and performance development. Before KPMG, Fiona worked as an HR Business Partner at Shell, contributing to recruitment and talent initiatives, and held various HR roles at British Airways, Rolls-Royce, and IKEA Group. Fiona holds a BA Hons in Human Resources and Psychology from the University of Strathclyde and possesses MCIPD accreditation.
