Jéssica's extensive experience in various HR roles dates back to 2008, with a focus on recruitment, training, and payroll management across multiple organizations. Jéssica is pursuing a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the National College of Ireland, building on a foundation in Human Resources Management from Flamingo University.
