Elina Galanis

Elina Galanis is an accomplished Learning and Development Manager at KPMG IT Service OOD since June 2021, with additional roles as Learning and Development Lead. Simultaneously, Elina serves as a Researcher PhD Candidate in Psychometrics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, and has contributed as a Guest Speaker for Green Path Ltd. and a Guest Lecturer for Master's programs in HR at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski since October 2019. Prior experience includes a Senior Consultant position focusing on People Experience and Organizational Culture at Mercer, and a role as Senior Consultant in People, Culture & Business Strategy at Tack TMI. Elina's career also encompasses significant HR roles at Telenor and UniCredit Bulbank, where responsibilities ranged from performance management and training delivery to employer branding and talent management. Elina holds a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology and Philosophical Studies.
