Jibu Philip

Jibu Philip is the Head of Value Creation at KPMG Singapore, with a focus on Deals Strategy and Value Creation since 2022. Jibu leads initiatives to assist Private Equity investors and Corporates in enhancing revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and overall performance. Prior to this role, Jibu worked at PwC from 2018 to 2021, specializing in M&A, strategic value creation, and financial management for private equity portfolios. Jibu's career began at KPMG from 2007 to 2017, where extensive experience was gained in management consulting and project leadership. Jibu holds an MBA from London Business School and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
