Kenisha Coon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in child welfare, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst - Child Welfare Analyst for Krasan Consulting Services, Kenisha leads modernization efforts in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. As the founder of Kenisha Coon Consulting LLC and a small business owner with Lettering By Kenisha, Kenisha creates custom calligraphy and gift items. Previous roles include Special Projects Subject Matter Expert at ICF, DEI HR Manager at Michigan Department of Health & Human Services, and Adoption, Foster Care, and Licensing Program Manager at Family and Community Services, Inc. Kenisha holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a focus on Evidence-Based Coaching.
