Claire Burghoff

Claire Burghoff currently serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs & Corporate Communications at Kratos Defense and Security Solutions since June 2024. Prior to this role, Claire was a Principal in Public Affairs at Cornerstone Government Affairs from January 2019 to June 2024, where a focus on public affairs and strategic communications was established in Washington, D.C. Claire has also held the position of Director of Communications for the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on the Budget from January 2018 to January 2019, leading communications strategies for House Republicans' budgetary priorities. Previous experience includes serving as an Advisor at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services from March 2017 to January 2018, and as Director of Communications for Congressman Steve Womack from September 2012 to March 2017. Claire began a career in communications as a Legislative Correspondent for Senator John Cornyn from August 2010 to September 2012. Educationally, Claire earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
