Yasashi Rubai has a strong background in collection and customer service roles, with significant leadership experience. Currently serving as the Desk Collection Team Leader at FinAccel since August 2022, Yasashi previously held the same position at Home Credit Indonesia from December 2018 to March 2022. Prior to that, Yasashi worked as a Desk Collection Staff at CIMB Niaga and as Chief of Store at PT. SUMBER INDAH LESTARI. Yasashi started the career at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk as a Call Center Team Leader and began as a Call Center Representative at Telkomsel.
