Kumar Chandan

Kumar Chandan is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Krishna Buildestates Pvt Ltd since October 2024, Kumar is involved in the Mahindra Citadel project in Pimpri. Previous positions include Assistant Manager at KEC International Ltd. from May 2019 to September 2024, Project Engineer at Hyundai Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. from September 2017 to May 2019, and Site Civil Engineer at Arya Modern Infra Project Pvt Ltd from July 2015 to September 2017, where Kumar contributed to various industrial projects. Early career experience includes working as a Junior Engineer at Pristine Properties on a G+11 residential building from June 2014 to June 2015. Kumar Chandan holds an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Amrutvahini College of Engineering, Sangamner, completed in 2014, with responsibilities throughout the career including planning and execution of RCC work, checking of reinforcement and shuttering, brickwork, plastering, and contractor billing.
