Ira Levy

Ira Levy serves as the Associate Managing Director and Cyber Risk: Due Diligence Practice Lead at Kroll since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ira held the position of Executive Director for the Administrative Modernization Program at the University of Maryland from December 2018 to August 2022. Ira also served as Chief Operating Officer at Affiniti from November 2014 to December 2018 and as CEO at Torrential Systems from June 2013 to November 2014, focusing on developing business strategies for the ecommerce sector. Ira's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Howard County Government as Chief Performance Officer and Chief Information Officer from December 2006 to June 2013, overseeing a $130 million IT budget and multiple large-scale projects. Ira Levy is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy Analysis with a focus on Cyber at the University of Maryland, complemented by advanced degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and a foundational education in psychology.
